What’s the return policy & process?
We hope you will enjoy your purchase, however, if you change your mind, you can return any unwanted items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.
All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed following receipt of returned goods.
Separate orders cannot be combined for returns or exchanges, each order must be processed individually.
Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount.

What methods of payment are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Venmo, Meta Pay, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you cover duties for international orders?
For International orders, you will be contacted by local customs to your country if applicable, for any duties or taxes payable before delivery. Such duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow up to two working days for your order to be dispatched. If your order is placed on a Friday or the weekend, your order will be shipped the following Monday.
How can I track my order?
When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and your invoice through email.
Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details.
Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at hello@mohurstudio.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.

Mohur Studio while being a passion project for me, gives me a creative outlet without compromising on quality. It is to showcase the tradition, culture, and craftsmanship of India through modern silhouettes in native textiles and historical techniques and make them a part of your contemporary life.
Why are these pieces made in limited quantities?
To emphasise on the idea of responsible fashion and conscious consumption, all the pieces at Mohur Studio are created with responsibility and selectively sourced natural fabrics in limited quantities. Certain one-of-a-kind pieces are made with found or locally sourced up-cycled fabrics, each strand of which is too precious to pass up.
